“RIAA Must Sue One Swapper At A Time: Judge”

PHILADELPHIA - Heard of “one man, one vote?” Meet “one file swapper, one lawsuit.” That’s the order from a federal judge March 5, after he authorized a single suit in a music industry action against 203 “John Doe” defendants, but ordered the Recording Industry Association of America to file separate, individual actions against the remaining 202…

This makes it a lot more expensive for the RIAA to sue people now– they can’t bulk-sue to make it cheaper. Taken from here.

Yeah, today I got to see Chenxia (from TIP!), who was in town because she’s on spring break, and well, she used to live around here. Yay! We walked around the house a few times and didn’t really know what to do. =o Oh well. Haha. It’s always cool meeting TIP friends again. ^_^

It’s getting late. I just recently finished reading for history.

I’m also planning to get a new domain name and move my blog to that. You’ll see the new domain name when I register it. It’s Latin. =)
