We had the most awesome (the rest of second lunch after Mr. Tanner let us out of jazz early) lunch period today. Well, pretty much, but maybe not the most awesome. yawns Well, Fr. Paul had this podium for lecturing set up for the novice at the abbey who is taking over theology class for the fourth quarter. We hooked up the microphone for it and were messing around. Coach McCarthy eventually came in after about fifteen minutes and disconnected it. When more people came, they messed with it too. Later Mitchell, Erik, Tomas, and Mehlman lied down on four chairs facing each other together, so essentially each person’s body kept the adjacent person’s body up after removing the chairs. We moved a line of desks over and had them try to walk through that cleared pathway, but eventually someone would mess up (or someone would mess them up) or Mehlman would do something stupid so that the mass would collapse. The last time they did it, Coach McCarthy walked in and pushed them down and then pushed Escoto,who was right in front of them laughing, down. That was hilarious. Simply… too funny!
