A security researcher has developed a new attack for a well-known flaw in the TCP protocol that allows an attacker to effectively shut down targeted routers and terminate existing TCP sessions at will. The scenario has many security experts worried, given the ubiquity of TCP and the fact that there’s an attack tool already circulating on the Internet.

I need to write a conservative religious rant on how Kerry “is not even a choice for Catholics” in the upcoming election (from a Franciscan at one of the talks at Youth 2000) since he promotes abortion (so he technically is excommunicated from the church). Also, I still need to rant on electronic music and how trance is not techno. =\

Well, by popular demand, where we ate Saturday night after the main chunk of Youth 2000. I had my oreo blender blaster there.

Well, I came back from a retreat today called Youth 2000. I had gone last year as well, and it’s always a great experience. =) I had a camera this time around, and I took many random pictures. I’ll include a few here, including two of my exit sign set from the hotel. ;-) We did have lots of fun at the retreat.
