This second entry on my blog about CCX is dedicated to everyone who attended the retreat the past weekend.
Let’s begin with the ACC (Ascension Chinese Church, not Atlantic Coast Conference) people:
- No one knows Group 3 Pride better than Ivan!
- Everyone wants to dance like Cecilia does!
- Janice is good at mafia in Ted’s car even when it’s really late at night!
- OK-la, Weikei!
- Thanks, Ted, for letting us play mafia in your car on Saturday night!
- Next time I race Livia, she’s going to win!
- Ariel should talk more!
- Claire was really quiet when we were playing mafia!
Finally, last but not least…
- DAVIN!
Now for the people from JFL:
- All Reuben’s base are belong to God!
- I think Iris should talk more too!
- Lang was brave to enter into a debate with Father Au.
- Derrick asks, “Can I write a check?
- The Last Battle: Mr. Anderson versus Agent Lang.
- It was pretty funny when someone in Plano called Eric to ask him for a ride!
- Wannie went to CCX even though she’s allergic to nature!
- Ben doesn’t like too much Off!
- Ryan had to rescue the croissants during mass!
- Marvin’s got his Langisms down!
- Lisa was a bit late (not that it’s bad– I was too!)!
- The delicious feast Saturday night was prepared by Reuben’s very dedicated mother!
- Virginia once tried to teach me Chinese!
- Iris’s parents have a sense of humor!
Neither from ACC or from MSHJ,
- Father Au is not special!
