Wow, it’s been a really long time since I last said something around here. I’ve done so much this past summer. I had an exciting time in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and helped with and had a great third Chinese Catholic Exchange retreat. Most of all, I had a wonderful time with wonderful family and friends who’ll always be awesome.

And now, I’ve moved into my room at Will Rice College and completed O-Week here at Rice. Classes start tomorrow. Some of the classes I’m taking are really cool, but I’m not sure if I’m prepared for the tempest. I’m not sure if I’m even prepared for college life, but it’s already started. Either way, I’ve really got no choice but to navigate deftly through the coming storms. And at least I’ll get a lot wiser in the meantime.

Life is actually preeetty cool here, but I still definitely miss my home a lot.
